Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage co-operative advertising programs for large HVAC brands.
  • Evaluate Dealer Ad Campaigns for guideline compliance and assist customers and media personnel with dealer advertising
  • Work with Vendors, internal sales personnel and B2B customers to assist with coop advertising
  • Train B2B customers and sales personnel on best Dealer COOP Portal
  • Oversee Dealer program enrollments in Salesforce and provide reporting/analysis on Business Intelligence
  • Oversee enrollments on vendor sponsored dealer programs
  • Maintain and update reports for tracking of programs and budgets
  • Utilize Business Intelligence Platform for customer sales analysis
  • Assist with dealer events
  • Administer/Assist with other marketing programs and promotions as they are assigned.
  • Promote marketing initiatives to customers and field employees to drive sales growth

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Pivot Tables & V Lookups are required
  • Knowledge of accounting practices and procedures.
  • Salesforce, AS400 and CVENT experience a plus.
  • Strong analytical and math skills.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must be detail-oriented and organized.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
  • Some travel required to Dealer meetings, conferences, and other training/marketing events.

Work Environment: Some travel required to Dealer meetings, conferences and other marketing/training events.

Work Schedule-Hybrid Schedule, working 2 days minimum at the office/branch a week.

The Marketing Coop and Dealer Program Coordinator will support key administrative processes of the global programs, initiatives and related administration and budgeting. The role is at the intersection of Gemaire, our myriad of vendor relationships, and our relationships with our customers.
