Summary Of Job Description

The Senior Manager, Program Management Office (International & Licensing) is responsible for leading the Program Management office (PMO) for both International and Licensed business. This position oversees initiatives involving both company-owned stores and partnerships as well as stores operated by licensees and holds them accountable for their alignment with PRG strategies and goals. The Program Management Office serves as a central hub for program oversight, governance, and support for Panda’s International Leadership Team, International Core Team, and domestic licensing teams within PRG.

You’ll Get a Chance To

  • Oversees the creation and execution of cross-functional international and domestic licensing projects and approves project goals, scope, and deliverables. Ensures successful completion of projects.
  • Using reports and data provided by the PMO team, works with the International Leadership Team, License Business Leaders, and international/license partners to create solutions that support the needs of each market to improve business results.
  • Defines and manages project risk and risk mitigation processes. Keeps key stakeholders informed of progress, changes, and risks. Works with International Leadership Team and International Operations Team to resolve new and ongoing issues. Works with License Leadership Team and License Operations Team to create and manage programs to support License Business.
  • Works collaboratively with the International Leadership and Operations Teams and international licensees and partners as well as vendors/consultants to build and maintain close relationships and evaluate alternative business solutions.
  • Leads the PMO team, developing and coaching PMO associates to elevate their performance in support of the company’s growth goals. Recruits and hires new team members to build a productive team.
  • Aligns the International Leadership Team and License Leaders on agreed upon goals and strategies and holds team members accountable for business results.
  • Builds strong partnerships with domestic licensing partners operating at non-traditional locations (e.g., airports, military bases, universities, travel plazas). Ensures compliance with US legal requirements and incorporation of PRG Operations best practices in store management.
  • Creates and strengthens the relationship between international and domestic partners with Support Center functions (IS, FAST, Marketing, SCM, HR) to provide them with PRG best practice processes.
  • Launches the PMO platform with IS and RD and then maintains and enhances the platform to support and strengthen the relationship and communication between the International Leadership/Operations Teams and the company’s international and domestic business partners.

Your Background And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably Business, Economics, or Finance
  • Minimum seven years of retail/hospitality-related experience with increasing management responsibility, preferably in a restaurant business environment
  • Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
  • Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.

Pay Range: M3: $127,000 - $178,500 / Annual

  • Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
