Job Summary

The Field Supervisor/Site Manager is responsible for providing a superior i9 Sports Experience and overseeing the operations of a venue. This individual must be high-energy, organized, and have strong problem-solving skills. Ideal candidates will have experience working with kids and a desire to learn sports management. We are a customer service-oriented company so those who have had experience “Wowing” customers have a leg up on the competition.

We are currently hiring for the following locations:

  • Samantha Smith Elementary School (7/7-7/11)
  • Blackwell Elementary School (7/21-7/25)
  • Margaret Mead Elementary School (8/4-8/8) Note: Must be available for a four-hour training shift at Tyee Middle School in Bellevue between 6/30-7/2


HIRING FAIR: JUNE 3 & 4 -- All applicants must be able to attend one of those days Responsibilities

  • Field set up and breakdown for events
  • Manage/supervise part-time staff members
  • Supervise the overall operation of a venue including programs operating on schedule
  • Demonstrate core concepts including Sportsmanship values
  • Organize equipment and ensure the cleanliness of the venue
  • Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills


Qualifications

  • Excellent communication & organization skills
  • Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently & solve problems
  • Awareness & ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of campers
  • Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships
  • Must be at least 18 and able to pass a National Criminal Background Check
  • Must have reliable transportation and be dependable. We do not tolerate callouts.
