Regional Sales Manager – Southern Oregon & Idaho

Based in Region with Regional Travel  | $100,000 Base Salary + Quarterly Bonus Potential

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Leading the sales strategy and team performance for multiple branches across Southern Oregon and Idaho
  • Hiring, training, and mentoring top sales talent while building a culture of excellence
  • Collaborating with regional construction leaders and executive sponsors to shape annual business plans
  • Identifying growth opportunities, strategic partnerships, and ways to strengthen our market position
  • Assisting with customer meetings and complex opportunities as needed
  • Maintaining CRM/ERP system accuracy and driving process consistency


What You Bring to the Table:
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams
  • Strong understanding of regional markets and a proactive approach to business growth
  • A leadership style that motivates and supports team members while driving results
  • Willingness to travel throughout the region (approximately 3–4 days per week)
