About Us

The House Attendant keeps public areas sparkling, helps guests with a smile, sets up fun events, and supports the housekeeping team. This role needs detail-oriented folks who can handle physical tasks and provide top-notch service.

KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sanitation and Cleanliness: Ensure the highest levels of sanitation and cleanliness in all facilities and equipment. Spruce up lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Make sure everything shines, from carpets to furniture.
  • Guest Service & Communication: Be quick to respond to guest requests and deliver items with a friendly attitude. Exhibit great customer service skills.
  • Teamwork: Assist with setting up meeting rooms and events.
  • Safety and Compliance: Safeguard sensitive areas and handle lost-and-found items. Practice safe work habits to avoid possible injuries.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • High School diploma or equivalent, and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
  • Must have a valid driver license for the applicable State and an acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving record (property specific-driving).
  • Must work well in stressful, high pressure situations.
