- Identify and proactively source potential construction draw inspectors through various channels, including industry associations, social and professional networks, and referrals.
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified vendors in targeted geographic areas.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective inspectors and provide detailed information about the application process.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, including the number of leads generated, applications received, and inspectors onboarded.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly recruitment targets.
- Ensure that coverage is maintained and improved across the United States.
- Manage the full inspector application process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all required documentation. Conduct initial screening and qualification of applicants to ensure standards and requirements are met.
- Proactively track and manage the expiration of critical documents.
- Responsible for monitoring performance.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding inspector panel status and compliance.
- Provide regular updates to management on the status of the inspector panel.
