What You´ll Do

  • Manage new processes & tools to steer Portfolio Optimization and Complexity Reduction: key user for tools developed by HQ and implementation within construction adhesive business unit in alignment with regional PM’s.
  • Define & implement standardized processes within the construction adhesive business unit cross-region. Establish reports to track complexity and portfolio within the business unit.
  • Cross region leverage of COGs & portfolio opportunities: identify potential opportunities, align with the regions on feasibility, and implement when applicable, in alignment with the regional PMs.
  • Improve Time-To-Market: review process to introduce new products, identify best practices and standardize optimized process cross-regions.

What makes you a good fit

  • 3-5 years of Product Management experience
  • Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, etc.

The salary for this role is $103,500.00 - $147,400.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
