DUTIES:

• Work as Technical Lead to groom and guide the team on Teamcenter technical solutioning • Interact with the customer to understand the requirements and propose and implement solutions using Teamcenter • Architect, Work and guide the team to implement the solution • Design and lead the development of different modules • Lead the team to execute Customization and Troubleshooting in Teamcenter • Lead the technical deliverables • Directly handle technical queries from customer • Manage day to day relationships with customer, technical team, vendor team, upstream / downstream application team, quality assurance team, testing team and other stake holders to ensure the completeness, correctness and quality of solution delivered to the customer • Effectively communicate with the customer to understand their requirements and provide solution via online ticketing systems /email / phone / web session • Provide training to customer base for given modules of PLM applications effectively and set up methodologies for the users • Identify new business opportunities and work with team lead to close new contracts • Provide ideas to improve project related activities and the product and will be required to roll out initiatives, marketing campaigns and support other regions on technical requirements and will be required to perform requirements analysis is the process of documenting, tracing, prioritizing and agreeing on requirements and then controlling change and communicating to relevant stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or related engineering field and 4 years of development experience in Teamcenter.

Experience must include at least 4 years of experience with:

• Teamcenter Installation and Implementation • Teamcenter Support • Teamcenter Active Workspace (AWS) • Teamcenter Data Model • Teamcenter Product Structure Management • Teamcenter Change Management • Other Teamcenter Configurations: Workflows, Access Manager, Queries, Classification, and/or Organization, etc • CAD/CAM Integrations with Teamcenter.

Telework: May be authorized for up to 100% telecommuting from anywhere within the U.S. Travel: Up to 5% travel to various client locations for short- or long-term assignments.

SALARY: $122,803 to $150,000 per year. Regional salary adjustments for CA, CO, NY, and WA states are base + 20% to 30%

LOCATION: 6001 Cass Avenue, Suite 600, Detroit, MI – 48202 and various unanticipated client locations.
