As a Maintenance Technician/Driver at Edgewood, you’ll be our jack-of-all-trades that helps ensure our building runs like a well-oiled machine. You will get the satisfaction of a job well done by helping our residents feel comfortable, safe, and secure.

Responsibilities

  • Regular maintenance of building, grounds, and equipment
  • Refurbish resident apartments
  • Follow HIPAA and all other Edgewood policies
  • Provide safe and lawful transportation to events and appointments
  • Complete vehicle safety checks prior to transporting residents
  • Report mechanical issues or vehicle damage

Qualifications

  • Previous experience with drywall, painting, light electrical, and groundskeeping
  • Understanding of heating, cooling, and plumbing
  • Valid state driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Prior experience as a transporter/driver, desired
  • Passion and drive for helping others
  • A desire to continue learning and improving your skillset
