Key Responsibilities
- Transaction Management: Oversee transactions from contract to close, ensuring deadlines are met, paperwork is accurate, and nothing falls through the cracks.
- Database & Systems Oversight: Maintain CRM, MLS listings, and internal systems with precision; ensure all data is clean, organized, and up to date.
- Client Care: Provide world-class service to clients and team members, anticipating needs and delivering an exceptional experience.
- Process & Tool Optimization: Constantly seek ways to improve workflows and recommend better systems, tools, and automations.
- Executive Support: Act as the agent’s right-hand—calendar management, email correspondence, task prioritization, and day-to-day business coordination.
- Documentation: Prepare, review, and manage contracts, disclosures, and all transaction-related paperwork.
- Learning & Growth: Stay open to feedback and growth—adapt, improve, and bring new ideas to the table.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Licensed in Real Estate (or willing to obtain license)
- Prior experience in transaction coordination or real estate operations preferred
- Exceptionally detail-oriented and accurate in all tasks
- Loves data entry, systems, and documentation
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- High EQ and customer service excellence
- Confident, proactive, and coachable—you lead with initiative, not ego
- Thrives in a support role and passionate about helping others succeed
- Quick learner with a knack for research and problem solving
