Trystar’s team members are our most important asset. We are in search of a Rep Operations Specialist to support Trystar’s internal sales organization manage our network of 3 rd Party Manufacturer’s Representatives.
We are seeking a high energy, execution-oriented individual who will have a passion for the growth and evolution of this business and the customers it serves. The Rep Operations Specialist will be experienced in developing, growing, and managing 3 rd Party Manufacturer’s Representatives and have the ability to collaborate with all Trystar resources required to achieve business objectives.
This role will report to Trystar’s Sales Operations Leader and will be based in the continental US.

- Serve as a collaborative partner to Sales team by providing operational support, tools, and insights that enable effective management of Trystar’s independent sales representatives.
- Act as the primary operational contact for the rep network, ensuring timely communication, contract and commission administration, and consistent support aligned with Trystar’s expectations.
- Own the commission process for independent reps, ensuring accurate reporting, timely payments, and alignment with contractual terms in coordination with Finance and Sales leadership.
- Support execution of Trystar’s Rep Performance Playbook by coordinating data, materials, and communication for Quarterly Business Reviews, annual rep evaluations, and performance planning.
- Maintain and manage the Rep Scorecard, delivering accurate, up-to-date insights that help both internal sales leaders and reps track progress and drive accountability.
- Coordinate sales plays, product updates, and training initiatives in close alignment with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent and effective delivery across the rep network.
- Gather and share field intelligence from reps to help Trystar’s leadership stay informed on market dynamics, competitive trends, and customer needs.
- Leverage CRM, partner portals, and analytics tools to support rep visibility, streamline communication, and improve forecasting in partnership with Sales and Operations.
- Analyze rep performance, territory coverage, and sales opportunity data to surface insights, trends, and actionable recommendations for the sales team and leadership
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of rep management experience with a strong track record of success
- Deep understanding of the design-build & bid-spec construction market.
- Proficiency with CRM systems – Salesforce.com preferred
- Strong team, communication, and people management skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Ability to influence reps and attract mindshare while maintaining healthy relationships
