Description
Koinonia Family Services is seeking a qualified individual to serve as the Facility Supervisor in its Koinonia Connections Emergency Placement Program in Rocklin, California. Operated from a welcoming residential home in the countryside near Sierra College (near I-80 and Rocklin Road), the program provides youth with a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment.
As the Facility Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility and provide direct supervision to a team of dedicated direct care staff, including the approved resource parent assigned to the home. You will work closely with the resource parent to support the youth and the therapeutic goals of the program.
This position is supported by a full-time assistant who handles many operational and logistical tasks, such as shopping, cooking, managing inventory and supplies, and running errands. The Facility Supervisor also partners closely with a Master's level social worker and receives support from a highly engaged management team.
