How You Will Contribute…

Our Business Development team is essential to the growth of Seabreeze. This team’s mission is to drive revenue through an efficient sales and marketing process ensuring highly productive and sustainable partnerships exists with internal teams and our prospective clients. We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who is highly organized and efficient, digital savvy and works collaboratively to support the goals established for the Business Development team to heighten our brand awareness.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

No day is ever the same. You will consistently have a variety of tasks to keep your day full.

Assist in all aspects of sales and marketing content creation that represents the Seabreeze brand.

  • Assist in proposal and presentation creation
  • Update proposal and marketing materials routinely as we grow/expand
  • Enhance samples, demos, sales sheets, etc., ensuring they are readily available
  • Maintain master questionnaire and contract revisions lists in an easily accessible format

Salesforce Maintenance Activities Include

  • Track and report on sales analytics; including sales pipeline accuracy and other ad hoc requests
  • Updating and maintaining new and existing clients and opportunities within Salesforce
  • Data-mining competitors/target areas to enhance our market position
  • Digitizing physical record information on past opportunities 100+ units

Support all of the regional and company brand marketing outreach efforts:

  • Send targeted introductory letters to communities/Boards as identified by internal leads
  • Mass mailing of general marketing materials to master list of communities
  • Identify regional marketing opportunities, billboards, ad space, industry events, etc.

Online/ reputation boost campaign – seek out opportunities and sustain existing social media campaigns

  • Leverage Yelp, Google, TikTok and other social media channels to further our strategic presence.
  • Find opportunities to advertise/bring awareness about positive reviews from Vendors, Boards, newly transitioned Boards, etc.

Perform all other duties as business demands

Requirements

What you bring - knowledge, skills, and experience:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in content management, media/advertising a plus
  • Experience using Salesforce and/or contract automation software a plus
  • Foundational knowledge and passion for social media, digital and mobile marketing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to independently multitask, prioritize, manage time effectively and accustomed to working under tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical background and ability to create and update reports.
  • Exceptional executor and communicator with a proven track record for accountability.
  • Excellent communication, oral and written skills are a must. The candidate will be collaborating with presenting campaigns to and contextualizing results for a broad audience at times.
  • Must be proficient with using Excel, PowerPoint or Keynote and be comfortable with collaboration and asset management tools like Google Drive, Box, etc.

Minimum Education

High School diploma or equivalent required

Bachelor’s degree highly preferred

Language Skills

The individual must have strong written communication skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients at all levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing. Spanish speaking is a plus.

Availability

This position is full-time with regular business hours plus some evenings, as necessary.
