- Manage shifts in the absence of the General Manager or Manager
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies
- Handle customer inquiries & complaints professionally and efficiently
- Maintain store conditions to exceed company standards
- Assist with inventory management, auditing, and vendor interactions
- Complete daily paperwork accurately and troubleshoot any errors
- Proven management experience in retail, food service, or fuel industries.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a team.
- Flexible schedule, including holidays and on-call availability.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at various locations.
- Must pass a background check, motor vehicle report, and drug test.
- Completion of Manager Food Training within 90 days of employment.
