Position Summary: As a Marketing Specialist at Redstone Residential, you will play a pivotal role in driving the marketing efforts for our diverse portfolio of over 100 apartment complexes. You will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies, managing digital presence, and coordinating with operations teams to ensure the success of your buildings. Key Duties And Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies
  • Create comprehensive marketing plans for each apartment complex to drive occupancy rates and resident satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective digital and print marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to management, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Seek out opportunities to improve the prospect experience beyond the standard design purview.
  • Assist with other digital marketing projects as they arise.

Experience And Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in property management or real estate.
  • Proficient in digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) a plus.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and website analytics tools.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • A creative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Critical thinker with problem-solving skills.
  • Great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
