Key Duties And Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies
- Create comprehensive marketing plans for each apartment complex to drive occupancy rates and resident satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective digital and print marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Provide regular reports and insights to management, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Seek out opportunities to improve the prospect experience beyond the standard design purview.
- Assist with other digital marketing projects as they arise.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in property management or real estate.
- Proficient in digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and website analytics tools.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- A creative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Critical thinker with problem-solving skills.
- Great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
