Strategic Demand Planning Analyst

Remote Eligible | Full-Time | Forecasting Meets Strategy

You don’t just track demand—you anticipate it.
At MMT we believe great demand planning is equal parts science, strategy, and storytelling. We're looking for a Strategic Demand Planning Analyst who thrives at the intersection of data, market insight, and commercial strategy.

This isn't your typical back-office forecasting role. You'll work as a true partner to Sales, Marketing, and New Product teams—providing the insights that keep our commercial engine running and our inventory one step ahead of the market.

What You'll Do:

Turn Insight Into Action

  • Adjust and maintain demand forecasts based on market trends, sales pipeline data, and historical analysis.
  • Own the demand forecasting tool—ensure it's signaling what’s actually happening.

Audit the Pipeline, Align the Business

  • Analyze Salesforce pipeline vs. business plan goals—identify gaps, risks, and opportunities.
  • Lead monthly “Health of the Pipeline” reviews—connecting pipeline health to commercial performance.

Inject Market Intelligence

  • Collaborate with Marketing and NPI teams to embed real market insights into the forecast.
  • Make sure new product forecasts reflect actual demand—not guesswork.

Drive Data Integrity & Reporting

  • Own the quality and accuracy of Salesforce opportunity data.
  • Create and present the “Pipeline Biggest Movers Summary” to commercial leaders—highlight trends and call out what needs attention now.

What You Bring:

5+ years in demand planning, sales ops, or commercial analytics
Bachelor's in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Data Analytics, or similar
Strong with Salesforce, Excel, and forecasting tools
Comfortable presenting to senior leaders—able to simplify the complex
Bonus points for experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or health tech
Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools

Why This Role Matters:
You’re not just reporting the forecast—you’re influencing it. You’ll be a strategic voice in the room, connecting commercial ambition with operational execution.

Ready to turn data into direction?
Apply now or reach out directly—we're excited to meet the strategist behind the spreadsheet.
