As Project Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for vendor file updates and ongoing support. You will also train the client and other stakeholders on large-scale change orders as needed. You will act as a client subject matter expert. As a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, you will understand the business models of each operation, client, and project to deliver customized forecasts and revisions that support their goals. Showcase your meticulous eye for detail. Analyze, research, develop, and maintain project data for trend analysis and control. Investigate issues and cases to identify root causes and provide impact analysis for ongoing problems, changes, and requests for new functionality.

Primary Responsibilities
- Identify and address data quality issues, outliers and missing values
- Perform exploration data analysis to uncover trends, patterns and relationships within datasets
- Oversee ingestion pipelines and troubleshoots errors related to data. Resolve errors using approved data cleaning techniques
- Translate complex data analysis into clear and actionable insights for stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and strategic decision-making
- Build analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into operational efficiency, and other critical business performance metrics
- Develops and maintains solid relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
- Document analysis methodologies, assumptions and findings for future reference and replication
- Requires an individual to maintain the ability to work in an environment with PHI / PII data
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics
- 2+ years of experience writing intermediate to advanced SQL
- 2+ years of experience communicating technical items to a non-technical audience
- Advanced level of knowledge of data analysis and data quality best practices
- Advanced level of proficiency in Excel
- Intermediate level of proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau
- Ability and willingness to work occasional weekends and/or evening work
- Proven knowledge of healthcare data including members, claims and provider data
- Proven knowledge of industry standards and practices related to medical records retrieval
- Demonstrated understanding of data pipelines, database structures and ETL practices
- Experience working with Python (ability to read and understand Python scripts and ability to adjust scripts)
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce, data loads and extracts
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
