The Genius Hub Data Analyst will be responsible for supporting the EAR (Experience Analytics and Reporting) teams by managing ad-hoc executive requests and ensuring smooth operations without disrupting product and development teams. This role will also involve building and shaping the future of The Genius Hub team.
The Genius Hub Data Analyst will be part of a team of analysts who are well-versed in all EAR teams, tools, and datasets in production. This team acts as the first line of defense for EAR, protecting product and development teams from disruptions caused by unexpected executive requests. By effectively managing these requests, the team aims to reduce burnout and loss of efficiency due to fire drills. While the primary focus will be on visualization, storytelling, and advocating for self-service analytics, the team may occasionally engage in targeted research to support specific needs. However, such research would be one-off and not ideal.

At UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone. We believe everyone-of every race, gender, sexuality, age, location and income-deserves the opportunity to live their healthiest life. Today, however, there are still far too many barriers to good health which are disproportionately experienced by people of color, historically marginalized groups and those with lower incomes. We are committed to mitigating our impact on the environment and enabling and delivering equitable care that addresses health disparities and improves health outcomes — an enterprise priority reflected in our mission.
