What You'll Do
As a Client Service Representative, you’ll be the first and last point of contact for our clients—setting the tone for exceptional care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting clients and patients warmly
- Scheduling appointments and managing client communications
- Checking patients in and out
- Answering phones and addressing inquiries with accuracy and empathy
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate client records
- Supporting the veterinary team in delivering outstanding communication and service
