The Customer Care Coordinator job opportunity is available at our manufacturing plant in Simi Valley, CA at Milgard Windows and Doors. This opportunity is for someone to provide customer support to builders, remodelers, contractors, and homeowners with respect to replacement parts ordering for end users, and warranties.
The compensation is $22 an hour. The position requires a start time of 8:00 AM, Monday through Friday, with overtime opportunities available.

Responsibilities
- Provide quality support for all dealers and homeowners regarding warranty issues on Milgard products via telephone or email.
- Process and review requests in a timely fashion.
- Schedule Technicians within the geographic region to perform warranty repairs.
- Responsible to work directly with customers from assigned accounts to provide information, process and provide follow up for warranty and non-warranty issues to meet customer’s needs.
- Answers telephone responds correctly to customer questions, and processes warranty issues in a timely manner.
- Processes payment transactions. – (confidentiality is required)
- Serves as a liaison between internal and external customers (including field service, sales, plant management & engineering) as needed to resolve any issues related to orders.
- Expedites the processing of special requests to satisfy customer deadlines.
- Remain flexible, open and positive when faced with challenging needs and customer demands.
- Performs clerical work including any additional administrative duties as assigned.

- High School Diploma or equivalent or some college preferred
- Minimum of one-two years’ experience, preferably in manufacturing and building materials
- Previous windows sales and millwork experience preferred
