We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated student to join our Regulatory Affairs team as a summer intern. This internship is ideal for someone interested in learning about the medical device industry while gaining hands-on experience in clerical and administrative functions.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated student to join our Regulatory Affairs team as a summer intern. This internship is ideal for someone interested in learning about the medical device industry while gaining hands-on experience in clerical and administrative functions.
Principal Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist with the organization and maintenance of regulatory documentation and files
- Perform data entry and cleanup in regulatory tracking systems
- Help prepare submission packets and formatting of regulatory documents
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Support audit preparation and archiving activities
- Provide general clerical assistance to the Regulatory Affairs team
Skills
Expected Areas of Competence (i.e. knowledge, skills, and abilities)
- Current undergraduate student (preferably in life sciences, healthcare, business, or related field)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel); familiarity with SharePoint a plus
- Ability to manage time effectively and follow instructions
- Insight into the role of documentation and recordkeeping in product lifecycle management
- Experience working in a professional and collaborative office environment
