Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Coordinator plays a critical role in executing and optimizing digital marketing initiatives to support Trumark Homes’ overall brand and sales goals. This position focuses on developing and managing digital campaigns across various platforms to increase brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and enhance the overall customer experience.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, data-driven marketer with a passion for digital trends and a collaborative approach. This role requires close coordination with internal marketing and sales teams, external advertising partners, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless execution, strategic alignment, and consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Campaign Execution
- Coordinate and execute multi-channel digital campaigns, including email, display, video, search, and social media advertising.
- Design and develop digital assets such as display ads using tools like Creatopy.
- Maintain, test, and optimize website content and landing pages using CMS platforms.
- Build and manage automated workflows and lead nurturing campaigns using tools such as HubSpot.
- Prepare and distribute monthly analytics reports detailing performance across all digital channels and web traffic.
- Conduct weekly audits of assigned division websites and digital media to ensure data accuracy, proper functionality, and compliance with brand standards.
- Analyze campaign performance, user behavior, and sales pace trends to develop data-driven insights and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with advertising agencies on paid media strategies, monitoring performance and recommending enhancements.
- Participate in weekly division update meetings to share marketing updates, align on priorities, and collaborate on division-specific initiatives.
- Partner with corporate and division marketing and sales teams to gather content and support digital deliverables.
- Develop best practice manuals, quick-reference guides, and training videos to support digital marketing initiatives at the division level.
- Lead interactive training sessions for division sales and marketing teams to strengthen adoption and understanding of digital tools, platform functionality, campaign best practices, and process improvements.
- Organize and maintain a digital library of training materials in a SharePoint-based TruLearning Resource Center for on-demand access.
- Ensure all digital content complies with Trumark Homes’ brand guidelines, fair housing standards, and disclaimer policies.
- Review and monitor marketing materials (ad copy, images, landing pages) to maintain consistent branding and legal compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 2+ years in digital marketing, with direct experience in campaign execution, reporting, and creative development.
- Industry experience in real estate or B2C consumer marketing strongly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics
- Meta/Facebook Business Manager
- CRM platforms such as Lasso or Salesforce
- Marketing automation tools like HubSpot or Marketo
- Website CMS platforms
- Creatopy and Adobe Creative Suite for ad creation and creative asset development
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with copywriting and proofreading experience preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
