This individual will be responsible for leading and executing key human resources initiatives for the company with a compliance focus. Collaboration, initiative, excellent writing skills, and attention to detail will be key to the success of this role. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated problem solver with an extreme focus on details, compliance with hiring standards, employment laws, customer support, and positive interactions throughout all levels of the organization. This position requires a high level of organization, including the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.

Role Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- 1 year HRIS experience required; HRIS querying/reporting experience preferred.
- 1 year experience working with an electronic medical record system (EMR) preferred.
- 2 years of Human Resources experience preferred
- Experience working with healthcare regulatory bodies preferred.
- Computer skills with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook products required.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Strong organization and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
- Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
