We are seeking a SIOP Manager who enjoys working as a member of a cross functional team to solve problems and improve performance. This position will be a member of the Trystar finance team and will work with other parts of the organization and team members to maximize success for Trystar and our customers.
Reporting to the Supply, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) Director, the SIOP Manager is responsible for facilitating and driving action through the SIOP process. In addition to driving continuous improvement to the current SIOP process, this position will work cross-functionally to help support the growth agenda for all Trystar by expanding the process across all sites. This role will oversee the work of the Senior Business Planning Analyst in collaboration with the SIOP Director, ensuring integration of the demand plan throughout the SIOP process.

- Lead enterprise-wide SIOP process, gaining organizational consensus on assumptions and actions to meet & exceed customer expectations.
- Develop best practices for the SIOP process in a custom solution environment, adapting to the unique & evolving needs of a growing business.
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., on-time-delivery and cycle time) to identify issues, and drive improvements to the SIOP process and escalate it to the Executive SIOP committee as needed.
- Oversee demand planning for all product portfolios, ensuring business intelligence is added to a statistical baseline to arrive at a consensus forecast and handed off to Supply Planning team.
- Act as central point of escalation for managing customer demand when faced with trade-offs on what orders to fulfill (e.g., due to inventory, labor constraints); collaborate with Offering Managers where necessary to finalize decisions.
- Facilitates final reconciliation of risks and opportunities presented in the cycle with Offering Owners and Finance to arrive at a consensus forecast that will be the guideline for execution.
- Coordinate high impact customer opportunities throughout the quote to shipment process, ensuring appropriate cross-functional hand-offs to ensure successful execution.
- Incorporate new offering introduction and product lifecycle management decisions into demand and supply plans, coordinating ramp up / down plans.
- Support executive integrated business planning reviews, clearly articulating to senior leadership forecast assumptions, as well as capabilities needed to execute in a high growth environment.
- Drive efforts to enhance planning capabilities, identifying and implementing systematic improvements to efficiently scale the process.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Finance, Supply Chain, Business Management, or other quantitative fields
- Minimum of 10years of experience in demand or supply planning, financial forecasting, supply chain management, or other planning roles
- Excellent analytical skills, with a strong focus on managing, manipulating, and presenting large data sets
- Proficient use of business systems and Microsoft Office tools, including advanced proficiency in Excel
- Experience with ERP and other demand planning systems, with Epicor being a plus
- Experience with data visualization tools, a plus (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to document, streamline, and automate complex processes
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) & org. skills; ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Effective in working in a cross functional environment and comfortable engaging with senior executives
- Detailed oriented, self-driven, highly motivated, and comfortable with numbers
- Ability to drive end to end work streams with minimal supervision
- Positive attitude, adept at problem solving
- Willingness and ability to travel 10%
