LPN - Group Home $45/hr

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver high-quality healthcare services across multiple residential homes in the region. The role involves administering medications, performing catheterizations, and occasionally handling injury assessments and treatments. The ideal candidate is adaptable, attentive, and committed to providing individualized nursing care in diverse environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and perform catheterizations as part of daily care routines
• Provide direct nursing care, including application of medical/surgical dressings and charting health records
• Respond to medical emergencies with basic first aid, CPR, and tracheotomy care as needed
• Assist with personal care and daily living tasks as outlined in the Individual Service Plan (ISP)
• Maintain and update individual health records, including documenting treatments and changes in condition
• Train direct support staff on medical equipment usage and care protocols
• Transport individuals to medical appointments, recreational activities, and other engagements as needed
  
  

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state of MA
• 1+ year of experience in a residential care, home health, or similar setting
• Proven ability to administer medications and perform catheterizations confidently
