We are seeking several compassionate and experienced nursing professionals for our Registered Nurse (RN) position. The RN is responsible for providing overall exceptional patient-driven care and support to veterans, effectively evaluating medications and treatment regimens. The incumbent will support, educate, direct, and guide the performance of LPN, CNA, and administrative staff, while communicating information clearly and constructively to patients and their families. A premier facility dedicated to serving the men and women who have served our country. This position offers competitive pay rate of $50-60/hr.

Responsibilities
- Provide overall delivery of quality nursing care to a culturally diverse resident veteran population
- Identify, evaluate, and reassess veteran health status and response to treatment; confer with assigned doctor for treatment modalities
- Collaborate with other health team members to facilitate positive patient care outcomes
- Investigate complaints by veterans and/or staff; facilitate methods of treatments, room assignment, and attempts to resolve issues
- RN license in Massachusetts
- Must have a vehicle and valid driver's license
- Must have at least 1 year of RN experience
