About The Position

Dexis Professional Services (Dexis) is seeking a Program Director who will be one of the primary points of contact (POC) for a future client and will oversee and lead performance on a contract for the Defense Security Cooperation University's Foreign Military Sales Academy at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. The objective of this contract is to optimize the DSCU

training experience, provide comprehensive student support, provide comprehensive programming, analysis, and support services, and ensure efficient operations and organizational effectiveness within the DSCU.

The Foreign Military Sales Academy (FMSA) is a component of the Defense Security Cooperation University (DSCU) and is responsible for training and educating the Security Cooperation Workforce. FMSA provides education, training, and professional development to U.S. military and civilian students. The School of Security Cooperation Studies (SSCS) directly supports the Defense Security Cooperation Agency's (DSCA) mission of advancing U.S. national security and foreign policy by enabling the Security Cooperation workforce and building the capacity of foreign security forces to respond to shared challenges. To accomplish this mission, DSCU requires professional and administrative support services.

The position will be

based at the Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton, Ohio

and is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day administration of the contract and m

anage relationship with the client.

  • Lead a large team, ensuring collaboration,

coordination

and clear internal team communication.

  • Ensure deliverables, products, services, and personnel meet government needs and expectations.
  • Provide innovative approaches to team management.
  • Provide technical support, leadership, and creation of processes in execution of the contract.
  • Lead quality assurance and technical excellence of work of the contract and team; ensure deliverables and products are delivered

timely

and of quality acceptable to both the client and Dexis.

  • Track tasks and deliverables across the contract, working to mitigate risk and ensure the high quality of deliverables and manage workloads of team members
  • Keep abreast of trends in the security cooperation field.
  • Maintain positive team morale and culture.
  • Lead the development and implementation of the training

and academic

activities

at

the DSCU.

  • Support the development and execution of innovative Security Cooperation solutions.
  • Support catalog, review, and analyze existing policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across DSCU

identifying

and addressing any gaps or inconsistencies.

  • Facilitate strong collaboration, learning and adapting practices, including techniques for gathering, organizing,

disseminating

and applying knowledge throughout the

DSCU.

  • Oversee full functionality and ensure changes to DSCU practices are communicated to all relevant staff and contractors.
  • Provide vision and overall strategic leadership to manage the achievement of contract results

Qualifications

  • PhD in a related field.
  • Active Secret Clearance

required

  • At least

10 years of experience as a contractor to the USG or other support capacity to a client

  • 8
  • years of e

xperience

designing and

deliver

ing

training

academic

, and curricula

support in

the subject

matter.

  • Experience with FMS case management support or FMS

financial management

support.

  • Experience providing e

xecutive-level

support

and

leadership within the DoD.

  • At least 2 years of experience supporting Defense Security Cooperation

University

leadership.

  • Knowledge of Defense Security Cooperation University processes and procedures.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and handle a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong communication

and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Management Information System - International Logistics (MISIL), Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP), Information Warehouse (IW), or Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
  • Knowledge of

defense

acquisition systems.
