Description

The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy that drives revenue growth, enhances brand visibility, and strengthens market position. This executive will lead sales teams, foster key partnerships, and collaborate closely with operations, marketing, and revenue management to ensure alignment and success across all channels.

Ability to travel as needed, up to 50% of schedule.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Design and implement a forward-thinking sales strategy aligned with company goals and market trends.
  • Team Development: Lead, mentor, and grow a results-driven sales team across multiple regions and property types.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase revenue through corporate, group, leisure, and direct sales channels.
  • Market Expansion: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to expand market share.
  • Performance Management: Establish clear KPIs, monitor performance, and provide regular reporting to executive leadership.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and revenue management to ensure cohesive execution and optimal results.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in multi-property or portfolio-level roles.
  • Proven success in driving revenue growth, leading teams, and managing complex sales operations.
  • Deep understanding of BI tools, brand resources, sales channels, CRM systems, and performance analytics.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a passion for excellence.
