Your Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
As an SDR, you’ll be at the forefront of our expansion—engaging high-intent prospects, introducing them to our modern vending model, and guiding them into our growing community of forward-thinking operators.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Generate Leads: Proactively reach out through phone, email, video, and social media to spark new conversations.
Sell with Insight: Listen actively, understand needs, and craft personalized, high-value solutions.
Build Trust: Serve as a knowledgeable and consultative advisor throughout the buyer journey.
Close with Confidence: Navigate objections and close with clarity, empathy, and integrity.
Manage Your Pipeline: Keep your CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot) clean, organized, and current.
Crush Goals: Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Stay Ahead: Continuously learn about our products, trends, and the competitive landscape.
