Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Supervisor in Appleton, WI. The Front Desk Supervisor will oversee daily operations at the front desk, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. Duties include supervising front desk staff, managing receptionist duties, handling phone inquiries, and addressing guest concerns. The role involves ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills: Experience in managing and leading a team
- Phone Etiquette: Proficiency in handling phone inquiries professionally and courteously
- Receptionist Duties: Ability to manage check-in/check-out processes and administrative tasks
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service: Strong commitment to providing excellent guest experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
