Temporary Dental Biller

Pardo Dentistry is in need of an experienced dental biller to take over while ours is on maternity leave. We expect the job to last about 10-12 weeks.

Responsibilities

• We need someone with optimal organizational and communication skills.
• Me able to send claims with narratives and proper documentation on a daily basis in electronic form.
• Post payments from insurance accurately and creating statement for patients.
• Creating production reports. Creating Aging reports and following up on Aging claims.
• Be on the look out of payments done by patients on a recurrent basis and posting them accurately in their account.
• Be able to answer any billing concerning questions to patients and staff members as needed.
• Answer any letters from insurances and update any information dealing with this.
• Be able to answer phones, take payments and make appointments if needed in the front desk.
  
  

We are a PPO only office, no HM O or Denti CAL.
