Pay: $35 - $38 per hour ($72,800 - $79,040 annually)

Job Description

This role involves processing payroll, overseeing timesheet accuracy, and providing HR support for employee onboarding and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process weekly payroll.
  • Ensure all timesheets are approved and accurate.
  • Attend weekly HR and financial meetings.
  • Assist with various HR projects and tasks as needed.
  • Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and badging procedures.
  • Manage payroll data in a third-party system while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Submit weekly prevailing wage reports and assist with monthly union reporting.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of payroll experience
  • 2 years of HR experience
