- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Handle travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
- Run errands and perform general administrative tasks
- Maintain professional communication on behalf of executives
- Prioritize and respond to emails and phone inquiries
- Support personal and business-related tasks as assigned
- Track deadlines and follow up on deliverables
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or in a similar administrative role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
