Job Title: Executive Assistant

Job Type: Fully Remote, Part Time, Temporary (4 month contract)

Salary: $29/hr (non-negotiable)

Schedule: M-F, 8am-12pm (20 hours/wk)

Job Summary

Our client is looking for a part-time, temporary Executive Assistant to support their CEO starting in early June. This position is on a four-month contract, supporting their CEO while her Chief of Staff is on maternity leave. You will be responsible for administrative responsibilities such as detailed calendar management, internal and external coordination, and booking travel. This role requires 20 hours per week and is fully remote.

Key Responsibilities

  • Detailed scheduling and coordination — each day is fully planned out from 9am to 5pm.
  • Working with multiple internal stakeholders to schedule meetings and confirm agendas.
  • Communicating with external parties via email and Slack to coordinate meetings.
  • Planning and booking domestic and international travel; including flights, transportation, meals, accommodations, etc.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly and anticipate last minute changes.
  • Composing and sending a nightly email with the agenda for the following day.
  • Handling urgent matters as they arise.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to be employed in the United States
  • 3+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using the Google Suite
  • Excellent communication skills

Pay Details: $29.00 per hour
