Chambliss Center for Children is looking for a creative, community-minded Foster Home Recruiter to help us find and inspire new foster families—especially those ready to care for sibling groups and older children. This is a part-time role (20 hours/week) perfect for someone with a background in marketing, communications, or community outreach who wants to put their talents to work for a meaningful cause.

• Part-time (20 hours/week); Evening/weekend availability required as needed
• Pay: $20/hour
• Location: 315 Gillespie Road, Chattanooga, TN
• Frequent regional travel
  
  

Responsibilities Include

• Design and run campaigns to recruit foster families.
• Partner with churches and local organizations to spread the word.
• Host info sessions, events, and workshops to raise awareness.
• Collaborate with our team on media, messaging, and outreach.
• Represent Chambliss at community events and in the media.
• Track what’s working and adjust strategies to improve results.
  
  

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or higher in Marketing, PR, Communications, or related field.
• Experience with marketing, media, and social media.
• Strong communication and public speaking skills.
• Comfort working independently and engaging diverse audiences.
• Local knowledge of Chattanooga and church communities is a plus.
• Access to a vehicle and a clean driving record.
