Requirements
Essential Functions
- Manage tier 1 and 2 support tickets and escalate as needed.
- Educate end users on the solution while completing their support ticket.
- Deploy new computers, iPads, and Phones.
- Repair and replace computer hardware components.
- Setup new iPads and iPhones, laptops, and desktops.
- Create new user accounts in Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365, and other applications.
- Perform preventative maintenance.
- Provide support to IT projects.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Responsible for the health and safety of persons served.
- Expected to serve as role model for persons served.
- Expected to serve as an advocate and to protect the human rights of persons served.
- Expected to participate in training as required by your supervisor or for all LOGAN staff.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Experience
- 1-year experience in help desk preferred, but willing to train the right person.
- Knowledge of Windows 11, iPads, and general support issues.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and tactfully, with all levels of employees.
- Must have a broad, overall view of the LOGAN mission and be able to translate that mission into stated IT Technician objectives.
