Conveniently located between Seattle and Tacoma, this full-time role is ideal for someone with 5–10+ years of experience and a Type A personality who thrives on high performance, attention to detail, and maintaining top-tier property standards.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily operations, leasing, maintenance, and resident relations
• Ensure financial goals, occupancy, and retention targets are met
• Supervise and develop on-site staff
• Conduct regular property inspections and implement improvements
