| | every 30 days. Shift differential |
| | paid when working nights! 2-2-3 |

| | RESPONSIBILITIES |
| | |
| | - Learn how to operate and |
| | maintain production machines |
| | in a paper converting line. |
| | (Rewinders, unwinders, |
| | wrappers, palletizers, case |
| | packers, etc.) |
| | - Ability to adhere to Safety |
| | Policy and Procedures! |
| | - Run and operate and clean |
| | manufacturing machinery and |
| | equipment. |
| | - Complete work orders and |
| | requests in a timely fashion. |
| | - Load raw materials (Parent |
| | Reels, Poly Rolls, Core |
| | Materials) |
| | - Monitor equipment, perform |
| | resets, replenish and |
| | troubleshoot assigned area of |
| | the line as needed. |
| | - Determine and report |
| | downtime, pallet counts, |
| | machine speeds, etc. |
| | - Maintain cleanliness of |
| | equipment and assigned areas. |
| | - Monitor line for defective |
| | materials and perform quality |
| | checks. |
| | - May operate overhead crane to |
| | load and unload parent reels. |
| | - May operate packaging |
| | equipment. |
| | |
| | QUALIFICATIONS |
| | |
| | - Education: High school |
| | diploma or equivalent |
| | required. |
| | - Experience: **3 to 5 years** |
| | of machine operation |
| | experience required. |
| | - Skills: Strong mechanical |
| | aptitude, attention to detail |
| | and ability to work |
| | independently or with a team! |
| | - Physical: Must be able to |
| | work 12-hour shifts standing, |
| | bending, stooping and lift up |
| | to 25 lbs. |
