Our client, a leader in the Health and Beauty industry, is seeking a Data Analyst to join their team. As a Data Analyst, you will be part of the Portfolio Operations team supporting various internal initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate insights effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Support the Portfolio Operations Manager with reporting and data analysis.
- Utilize Power BI and Excel to analyze data and generate insights.
- Deep dive into raw data to evaluate and assess marketing dynamics and success measures.
- Identify trends, risks, or anomalies in the data.
- Partner with the internal team to automate reporting processes and establish streamlined reporting for the Category Operations team.
- Prior reporting and data analysis experience is a must.
- Strong experience in Power BI and Excel is essential.
- Preferred experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG).
- 3-5+ years of relevant experience is ideal.
- No travel required for this role.
