Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Major Events and Trade Shows:
  • Plan and execute marketing strategies for major events and trade shows.
  • Collaborate with sales and design teams to develop engaging booth presentations and marketing materials.
  • Manage event logistics, including travel arrangements, staff scheduling, badge coordination, and on-site support.
  • Track and document leads generated during events using Salesforce.
  • Conduct post-event analysis to measure performance, lead quality, and brand visibility.
  • Key Supplier Program:
  • Develop and refine the Key Supplier Program to enhance collaboration and growth.
  • Work with suppliers to identify co-branded marketing opportunities.
  • Maintain regular communication with suppliers to strengthen relationships and align marketing efforts.
  • Present program strategies and review progress regularly.
  • Budget and Cooperative (Coop) Management:
  • Track trade show expenses to ensure alignment with the allocated budget.
  • Assist in securing cooperative (coop) funds from suppliers.
  • Utilize budget-tracking tools and maintain communication with suppliers for timely coop fund submissions.
  • Complete budgeting tasks and finalize coop collection as per event deadlines.
  • General Marketing Support:
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing projects and campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategies.
  • Maintain marketing databases, plan meetings, and support campaign assessment.
  • Provide administrative support, including report preparation and executive coordination.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred but not required.
  • Experience in coordinating events, trade shows, or similar marketing activities.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools such as Salesforce and design software such as Adobe or Canva.
  • Ability to analyze data, track budgets, and deliver actionable insights.
