- Graduation from a regionally accredited or New York State registered four-year college or university with a Bachelors or Masters degree or higher with a major/concentration in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or Economics or a closely related field, which included a minimum of 24 credits in accounting. CPA preferred but not required.
- Graduation from a regionally accredited or New York State registered two-year college or university with an Associates degree with a major in accounting and six (6) years of accounting experience*;
