nimble solutions (“nimble” and f/k/a National Medical) is currently seeking a VP of Marketing to lead our Marketing department. nimble provides revenue cycle outsourcing services to ambulatory surgery centers (“ASCs”), surgical practices, surgical hospitals, and anesthesia groups. As the VP of Marketing, you will oversee, develop, and employ various marketing initiatives and branding efforts to achieve our long- and short-term organizational goals. This individual should have a successful track record of establishing and executing marketing strategy in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate has significant expertise in building brand awareness and thought leadership while driving measurable results through product marketing and demand generation activities. The ideal candidate will have experience building and maturing a marketing function within a high-growth healthcare services company.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and execute a data-driven marketing strategy for lead-gen that positively impacts sales growth and brand awareness
  • Drive the development of innovative content, advertising spend, and social media presence
  • Manage and drive company trade show participation to increase brand awareness and drive growth
  • Collaborate with sales and client services teams to develop marketing plans to support growth initiatives, including cross-/up-sell and retention strategies.
  • Craft messaging and positioning in the market; conduct competitive and market analysis to determine and highlight Nimble’s key differentiator
  • Build, further develop, and leverage relationships with industry media to evangelize the Nimble brand, mission, and movement in the market
  • Manage external marketing/advertising/PR relationships
  • Establish goals and create a strategy for meeting marketing deliverables and metrics; work with marketing directors to establish team and individual goals and metrics. Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual analytics reviews and reporting
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets
  • Oversee marketing team, including org design, hiring, training, workloads, and deadlines


Requirements

  • Minimum 7-10 years of marketing experience; 2+ years in a leadership role
  • Experience owning events strategy, planning, and execution
  • Well-versed in building and implementing digital marketing strategies incl,uding SEO optimization
  • Superior written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong skills in Salesforce, HubSpot, G-Suite; Excel, Powerpoint, and Adobe preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, or related work experience

Location

  • Open to remote (Chicago, Atlanta, Minneapolis preferred) or in-office position (St. Louis). The role requires travel to trade shows, key company events, and the company office. 25%.
