Key Responsibilities

• Manage executive calendars and schedule appointments effectively
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
• Draft, type, and distribute correspondence such as emails and memos
• Assist in organizing meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
• Maintain filing systems and databases, ensuring information is up-to-date
• Perform basic research and compile data for reports
  
  

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
