Responsibilities
- Enter and manage data in claims management systems, including report generation from HMI platforms
- Prepare and edit written reports related to insurance claims
- Support the administrative management of field assessors and related workflows
- Assist with after-hours emergency response call center support as needed
- Maintain organized records and documentation to ensure timely processing of claims
- Work collaboratively with internal departments and external partners to support accurate and efficient claims handling
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working for a business that provides services to insurance companies
- Familiarity with Xactimate and/or Symbility
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong written communication and report writing skills
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with varying in-office attendance based on business need
