Schedule: This is an in person position; Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. Occasional weekends and evenings required.

Wage: $20.90 hourly, Non-Exempt

Position Summary

The Child Care Worker is responsible for providing care and supervision for children whose parents are participating in NARA’s services and special events.

What You Will Do

  • Provide education and recreational activities for children.
  • Notify counselor of children’s progress or problems regarding childcare.
  • Keep daily log of pertinent events in childcare.
  • Know and practice child safety policies and procedures in manual.
  • Assures the safety of children and maintain a safe environment.
  • Prepare and serve snacks to children.
  • Attend staff meetings as assigned.
