We’re seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the development of a first-of-its-kind digital care ecosystem designed to make aging at home safer, smarter, and more connected.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the innovation roadmap from ideation to market-ready platform
  • Oversee design and launch of Mixed Reality (MR) tools for senior engagement
  • Develop a multi-user Companion App for caregivers, families, and clinicians
  • Build scalable, secure data infrastructure to measure outcomes and drive care improvements
  • Guide product development with a human-centered design approach
  • Lead cross-functional teams: product, engineering, clinical, UX, data science
  • Translate insights into scalable, impactful tech solutions
  • Represent the company in health tech forums, panels, and partnerships
  • Partner with senior care organizations, health tech vendors, and insurers

Who You Are

  • 10+ years of experience in product innovation, digital health, or healthcare technology
  • Proven leadership in B2B2C platform development and tech strategy
  • Experienced with emerging technologies like Mixed Reality, AI, IoT, or smart home devices
  • Strategic, creative thinker with a passion for aging, health equity, and care innovation
  • Strong communicator who thrives in cross-functional, high-velocity environments
  • Knowledgeable in healthcare compliance and privacy (HIPAA)
  • Outcome- and metrics-driven, with a human-first design mentality

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in senior services, behavioral health, or home care
  • Experience in secure, HIPAA-compliant data architecture
  • Familiarity with clinical workflows and care coordination
  • Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Public Health, or related field
