Work Hours Are

Monday & Tuesday Off

Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 11:00 am - 8:00 pm

Saturday 8:00 am - 8:00 pm (Remote)

Sunday 8:00 am - 2:00 pm (Remote)

What You'll Do

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Make outbound follow-up calls for service and sales
  • Schedule appointments and confirm service across all departments
  • Greet guests and manage visitor access
  • Provide accurate information and support to customers and team members
  • Perform administrative tasks like preparing documents, handling mail, and managing correspondence
  • Maintain awareness of staff movements and ensure smooth office operations

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • High school level reading and writing skills
  • Initiative and the ability to work independently
