- Interpret technical drawings and work orders with precision
- Ensure all work meets industry standards, codes, and safety regulations
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, offering effective solutions
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment with expert care
- Collaborate with team members, contractors, and clients to drive project success
- Maintain an organized, professional work environment
- Proven experience in carpentry, siding, and roofing
- Certifications or licensures (a plus!)
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and safety protocols
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in diverse conditions
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and teamwork abilities
