Compensation: $160,500 - $192,950 (DOE) + Bonus & Benefits

The Role: The Manager/ Senior Manager of Financial Planning will play a key role in long-term financial planning, forecasting, and executive reporting, working cross-functionally to influence business decisions at the highest levels. Reporting to the Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, this individual will assist in managing the company’s full P&L and work closely with stakeholders across the organization to drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the annual budgeting and long-term financial planning processes
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop financial targets and forecasts
  • Deliver scenario analysis to provide financial insight and support strategic initiatives.
  • Oversee bottom-up P&L calculations and collaborate with stakeholders to present a comprehensive financial view.
  • Manage the weekly forecasting process and prepare executive-level financial summaries
  • Analyze financial trends and key business drivers, providing insights to leadership
  • Support Investor Relations and CFO teams with earnings guidance and financial projections
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports on business performance, inventory, and balance sheet metrics
  • Develop presentations for executive leadership and board meetings

Qualifications

  • 10-12+ years of FP&A experience in a fast-paced environment (retail experience a plus, but not required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA a plus)
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Experience with EPM software (Hyperion, TM1, Cognos, SAP, etc.)
  • Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets, connect insights, and tell a compelling financial story
  • Excellent communication & business partnering skills with an ability to collaborate across teams and present to executives
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
