
The Vice President of Operations is a key member of the executive leadership team responsible for overseeing and optimizing all operational functions across manufacturing, supply chain, IT, safety, facilities engineering, and manufacturing engineering services delivery. This leader will champion a culture of creative problem solving, process discipline, cross-functional collaboration and operational excellence to drive world-class outcomes in safety, quality, culture, and customer satisfaction.
The VP of Operations will architect and implement sustainable, repeatable, and transferable systems and processes that enable significant scaling of the business in the next 3-5 years.
This position has been identified as a key position with specific responsibilities, input, support and alignment with Click Bond’s Quality & Environmental Management System (QEMS). The QEMS is the overall framework for the company’s policies and operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the company’s growth and profitability goals.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to support sustainable double-digit growth while preserving agility, innovation, and a culture of learning.
Operational Excellence:
- Design and institutionalize lean, scalable, and modern processes across manufacturing, supply chain, manufacturing engineering, and facilities engineering / maintenance service delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement using metrics-based management, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and other high quality visual-management frameworks to enable confident decision-making at the local level.
- Model, teach, and strengthen the team’s creative problem-solving skills, enabling people at all levels to engage in active continual improvement.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Build and mentor high-performing teams rooted in creativity, engagement, and accountability.

Technology & Sustainability:
- Partner with IT and engineering to integrate modern technologies and automation into operations.
- Lead sustainability initiatives focused on waste reduction, energy efficiency, and responsible sourcing
- Report immediately all suspicious and hazardous conditions to a supervisor.
- Understand and observe all safety guidelines and assure quality and safety by complying with all appropriate Click Bond policies and procedures.
- Assist in maintaining clean, orderly, and hazard-free work areas.
- Able to work with minimal supervision, be a self-starter and be detail oriented.
- Other duties as assigned.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensures the organization’s environmental management system (EMS) complies with ISO 14001 requirements. This involves overseeing the development, implementation and continuous improvement of EMS policies and procedures, conducting regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance, and promoting a culture of environmental responsibility across all levels of the organization. Additionally, the executive would be responsible for staying updated on regulatory changes, providing strategic guidance on environmental initiatives, and ensuring that sustainability goals align with business objectives.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA or Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience in aerospace or a high-precision manufacturing environment. Fastener experience preferred.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the operation units.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
- Interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Teach, inspire, develop and lead people and cultivate a collaborative team
